Where is the AI sourcing the information from?

The data is coming from the Global HR Law Guide, a comprehensive country-by-country guide to employment law across over 50 countries, maintained and updated by the best employment lawyers of each country. Also included in the source knowledge base, you will find more strategic and forward looking employment law information generated and approved by Lewis Silkin and Ius Laboris.

Every question answered should bring up the links to all the sources of information needed to generate the answer. You will find the sources on a pane, on the right hand side.

How can the quality of the answers be guaranteed?

The content will be monitored by a team composed of content experts and tech experts. While the model will be continuously improved, we have a set of guiding principles to our approach:

  1. Good prompt engineering that will be perfected over time.
  2. Monitoring software implemented that is constantly tracking for AI performance.
  3. A group of humans who keep an eye on how well the content is performing (upvotes & downvotes).

How are you preventing AI hallucinations?

We have a multi-step approach to prevent AI hallucinations.

It starts with curating the prompt engineering with our content creators and content editing team, ensuring that no other sources are used to answer the questions. Then, we have applied AI-specific tracking tools to monitor the performance of the AI engine. Finally, we have trained the model to not answer the question when the information is not available and suggest talking to one of our employment experts instead.

While AI can be a powerful tool, it can also get things wrong. Please always cross reference the answers provided.
